	How to join This part of the website presents you with a series of questions to establish whether your family is eligible for the study. Please answer honestly as it is important that only individuals and families who meet the stringent criteria are included. The questions will not ask for your name or any other identifying information so you can stop at any time without worrying that you have given us any personal or sensitive information. The questions take just a couple of minutes to answer. Once you have completed the questions you will be notified whether you appear to be eligible for inclusion. If you are, you can opt to request more information about the study and more details about exactly what taking part entails or you can stop and not proceed any further.
