Yangmei joined EPIC as a PhD student in October 2007. She
moved to the UK after receiving a Degree in Preventitive Medicine in
Peking University Health Science Center. She finished a
Master of Philosophy in Epidemiology at the University of
Cambridge before starting the PhD.
Her research interest is the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease and
she is now working on risk factors for stroke under the supervision of
Professor Kay-Tee Khaw. |
