Steven Knighton

Steven Knighton

Steven joined EPIC in July 2002 as a technician. He has responsibility for blood, urine and dna samples stored in liquid nitrogen and freezers. When these samples are needed for research, they are carefully selected and delivered to laboratories where various tests are carried out.

Before coming to EPIC, Steven studied for three years at Brighton University where he obtained a degree in Geography. He then worked for a while back in Cambridge at the Department of the Environment as a cartographer, before deciding to try something a little different and moving to EPIC.

When not at work, Steven has an interest in all types of music, literature and film.
