Sarah joined EPIC Norfolk in Spring 2010 as a food diary enterer.
She graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2009 with
a BSc in Psychology, and a particular interest in mental health issues,
especially eating disorders. Sarah likes a challenge, and so
enjoys trying to find useful information online about obscure food
products that were sold for only short periods of time in the mid
1990's when they arise in diaries.
During her free time, Sarah enjoys Japanese number logic puzzles such
as hanjie and takegaki, many types of craftwork, baking, going to rock
music gigs, and playing with her pet hamster.
